Votello combines product information, corporate ownership data, and verified public evidence. This page lists the public data sources we use and the licenses that apply to them.

Other public sources
Ownership research also draws on publicly available sources such as Wikidata, GLEIF (Legal Entity Identifiers), corporate registries, and published news or reports. These sources are cited individually on each company profile alongside the verified evidence quote and source URL.
Votello's own data
The ownership network, company scores, ethical signals, and evidence annotations created by Votello are Votello's own data. They are not covered by the Open Food Facts licenses above and are governed separately.
